WHAT IS STRESS
Stress is our body’s wayof responding to any kind of demand. It can be caused by both Good and Bad experiences. When people feel stressed by something going on around them, their bodies react by releasing chemicals into the blood. These chemicals give people more energy and strength, which can be a good thing if their stress is caused by physical danger. But this thing can also be a bad thing, if their stress is in response to something emotional and there is no outlet for this extra energy and strength.

- Flow – This referes to a state of being completely engrossed to the point of being in a near – meditative state. It provides many of the benefits of meditation, which will leave you far less stressed. You can feel the ‘flow’ when you’re participating in creative activities such as painting, sculpting or drawing
- Self-care –With all of life’s responsibilities, we sometimes forget that we deserve downtime and self – care. Regularly devoting time to a hobby can provide more balance in your life and give you more of what you need.
- Chronic stress – can lead to serious health problems if left untreated. Don’t wait until it affects your health, relationships or quality of life.
